I’ve been on a steep, and sometimes frustrating, learning curve with delegation the past few years.
Up until then, I’d never really had the opportunity or the need to delegate, and I naively underestimated how difficult it would be, particularly with tax work to junior staff.
I felt like it was an essential skill to have, and I was determined to overcome the challenges!

All of which have helped, but it wasn’t until recently when I had a bit of a eureka moment.
